You have just had one or more dental implants placed. The postoperative period is simple or even non-existent, if the premedication was correctly followed.

What to do:

It is essential to take all the prescribed medication, even if there is no pain: A pain that has set in is difficult to combat.
Take the prescribed painkillers at regular intervals of 2 or 4 hours after the operation.
Put an ice pack on the cheek at all times on the day of the operation and for as long as possible.
Mouthwash with water 24 hours after the procedure.
After removal of the sutures, the operation site should be gently brushed.

What not to do :

Drink or eat hot food for the first few days.
Holding the cheek with the hand (source of heat).
Eating too solid a diet.
Drinking alcohol or smoking.
